Have you ever fallen out of love with a favorite author? Was the last book you read by the author so bad, you broke up with them and haven’t read their work since? Could they ever lure you back?

I have only had the chance to read two books by Stephen King so far. One I enjoyed and the other I was kind of good but it made me laugh when I should have been scared. He's one of those authors I can see myself picking and choosing which books I'll read because not all of his books interest me.
I feel the same as Literary Feline. Not all his books appeal to me either but there's no shortage of them!
